This week I worked creating the starting gate and the exit gate. These blocked out the area into different sections so the player would have to get a key to advance the area. I animated the gates opening when the bools are true. I also added torches around the map to help direct the player into the right direction for ending the key. I added the text at the top of the screen to instruct the player on what to do after leaving the starting rom and after passing the first gate and coded it for a trigger box. I added collisions around the gates so the player couldn't jump over. I also added a collision at the top of the map so they can't go too high up. I brought the bayonet change over to the player character and I had to fix the animations for it. Navinder helped me make the life steal on the melee for the bayonet. I also placed the med kits around the map for the player pick up. I helped Navinder on the placement of the zombies and the fixing of the Navmesh and the Windmill. I found a Med Kit model and put it into the game. I changed the lighting for the map and created the fog. Helped with bug fixing for the zombies which turned out to be another Is Kinematic issue. Added a collision ramp for the stairs in the Windmill. Changed placement of trees and buildings to avoid them sticking into other buildings.
